After I receive your enquiry, I will be in touch to arrange a call with you, and we can discuss your requirements and how I can help, and if necessary arrange a face-to-face meeting. I can also answer any further questions you may have and discuss my fees. If we decide I am able to help you, I will send you a detailed contract and Terms & Conditions.
Recurring support can be booked on a retainer basis of a minimum of 8 hours per month. (This guarantees my availability and can be increased if required). However the first month will be on a 'pay as you go' basis, whilst I get to know the client's requirements. All recurring support invoices are invoiced in advance on the 21st day of each calendar month. Any extra required hours will be invoiced on the 21st of that current month. Payment is due within 7 days of date of invoice. *
The minimum charge for any help undertaken is one hour. Payment is due with 7 days of date of invoice. *
